Academic Administration and Transition Periods

These periods involve the review and approval of academic records, coordination with staff, parent engagement, and planning activities required for the smooth transition between academic terms.

These administrative and transition activities form an integral part of the school’s academic management cycle and support continuity, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance across the academic year.

Graduation Ceremony

Oludupe Nursery and Primary School holds an annual graduation ceremony to celebrate the completion of each academic phase and to recognise the achievements of our pupils.

The graduation ceremony forms part of the school’s academic calendar and is typically held at the end of the academic cycle, alongside other key school events such as cultural day, inter-house sports, and academic exhibitions.

These events provide an opportunity for pupils, parents, and staff to reflect on academic progress and to mark important milestones within the school year.
